Dyeing
Al Barkat Textile is proud to announce its transformation into a fully vertically integrated organization with the addition of our advanced wet processing unit, featuring continuous dyeing and digital printing capabilities. Alhamdulillah, we now operate one of the world’s fastest digital printing machines—offering exceptional quality with a significantly reduced environmental footprint compared to conventional printing methods.
Our machinery is sourced from leading European manufacturers, ensuring world-class performance and precision. At Al Barkat Textile, we are committed to delivering premium fabrics while continually adding value for our customers through innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
Stitching
Al Barkat Textile’s state-of-the-art stitching unit is equipped with over 200 advanced machines, including a modern Switch Track System to ensure high efficiency and superior stitching quality. The unit has a monthly production capacity of 150,000 bed sets and 200,000 pieces of hospital garments and uniforms.
Every customer order undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure full compliance with specifications before dispatch. Our clean, secure facility also serves as the final inspection and packaging zone, guaranteeing that each shipment meets the highest standards before reaching its destination.
Packing
Our rolling department is equipped with high-speed, advanced technology machines capable of processing up to 100,000 meters of fabric daily. This high-capacity operation is managed by a team of skilled professionals, expertly trained in all relevant procedures to ensure smooth, precise, and efficient rolling with consistent quality.
